Dany Victory is a member of the National Notary Association since 1993. He is a graduate of Cal State University Northridge, with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. He has a background as a mortgage loan officer and escrow closing officer at a major Savings and Loan prior to starting his business.

Dany has helped many direct lenders, escrow companies, and title companies in successfully closing loans. These loans have included purchase loans, fixed and adjustable refinances, home equity loans, and FHA/VA as well as commercial property and construction loans.

This makes him uniquely qualified to handle loan documents for your clients.
